Chocolate Experience

The first license issued to a chocolate maker by the Second Royal Madama, the birth of gianduja under the Napoleonic occupation, the role of historic cafés in the process of unification of Italy: a journey through the history of chocolate, Turin and Italy. 
The itinerary includes the tasting of both the bicerin, a drink also loved by Count Cavour, and the delicious chocolates and pralines of the Maitre chocolatier Guido Castagna.
