On a small group tour, you (your group) will travel with other people who have booked the same experience for the same day. The private tour only includes you (your group) and the guide (or driver).
Yes, our guides can speak other languages, i.e. English, Spanish, German, French, Japanese, but in this case you need to check the availability with the booking office.
Yes, you can. We only ask you to let us know in advance.
Yes, in this case our booking office will assist you to customize the tour and the experience under you need, but it is available only for private tours.
Every tour has a different starting time. You can check the starting time of the tour in the note section (tour page).

All of the museum/attraction guided tours include a skip-the-line access.

According to our cancellation policy, it is possible to cancel your reservation with a full refund only within 24 hours before the activity. It will be possible to cancel your reservation even in less than 24 hours but no refund will be provided.

Your travel insurance is important for your trip, we have a public liability insurance as a tour company covering any accident caused by us and/or our guide.

You can visit Underground Turin with a group tour or a private tour.
Group tours are scheduled on Saturdays at 3.30PM, whereas private tours can be organized from Tuesday to Sunday starting at 10.30AM or 3.30PM.
The tour descends 15 meters deep to visit the 18th-century tunnels and an air-raid shelter from World War II, telling the story of the City of the lower level.

The Lingotto District Tour is a private tour that can be organized from Tuesday to Sunday, starting at 10.00AM or 2.00PM.
The tour starts from the amazing Car Museum with the symbol of Made in Italy: the Red Ferrari and the iconic 500 model, just to name a few.
You will then discover Pinacoteca Agnelli, "The Scrigno" suspended over the Lingotto building’s roof, designed in 2002 by Renzo Piano. You'll visit the original Lingotto test track rooftop that briefly features in the getaway sequence of "The Italian Job" movie and you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the city from the Lingotto's roof garden.
The visit will continue inside Eataly, that once was the first factory of Carpano Vermouth and where today stands the Museum. You will end with a walk through the exclusive shops of Green Pea, the first Green Retail Park dedicated to the environment, tasting a glass of Italian wine on the Otium terrace.

The Underground Turin tour is not recommended if you suffer from claustrophobia, since you go down to 15 meters deep and you cross narrow tunnels about 1 meter and about 1.70 m high.
It is not suitable even if you have difficulty walking, since there are numerous stairs and steps that could cause discomfort.
If you have difficulty walking, we do not recommend the Sacra di San Michele tour.
To reach the Abbey from the parking lot where the bus leaves the group, you have to face a 10-minute walk uphill, not suitable in case of mobility difficulties.
Even Turin Canoe Experience is not recommended for those who have difficulties, as some stretches may be slippery.
For our Underground Turin tour, we recommend comfortable clothing and shoes, without heels, as there are paths on dirt floors and that could be wet and not flat.
In winter the temperature is similar to the outside.
In summer it is good to bring a jacket or a sweater as the temperature is around 12-15 degrees.
For Turin Canoe Experience we recommend comfortable clothing and comfortable shoes. It is not necessary to be sporty and know how to paddle, the staff will give you a brief explanation of how to move on the canoe safely!
For all tours that include visits to churches, like the Sacra di San Michele, please remember that you must dress decently and bring with you a garment to cover your shoulders and legs up to the knees (tops and shorts are not allowed).
