Your journey begins among the traditional copper stills, where an expert guide reveals the secrets of steam distillation and the meticulous craftsmanship that has defined Sibona for generations. Discover how the fresh pomace of Nebbiolo, Barbera, Moscato, Arneis, Dolcetto and other iconic grape varieties is patiently transformed into an elegant spirit that captures the very essence of its terroir.

As the aromas of fresh grapes, oak and spices fill the air, you'll follow every stage of production before reaching the heart of the distillery: the magnificent ageing cellars.

Step inside an extraordinary Cathedral of Casks, where hundreds of barrels rest in silent harmony.
