A day dedicated to the women who shaped the history of the Savoy court through their charisma, influence, and often extraordinary personal stories.

With a comfortable minibus transfer departing from Turin, you will reach the evocative Borgo Castello, set within the vast La Mandria Natural Park and closely linked to Rosa Vercellana, the famous “Bela Rosin,” the beloved companion of King Victor Emmanuel II.

A guided experience through intimate atmospheres and natural landscapes offers the chance to relive the story of a woman who defied conventions, won the king’s heart, and became the protagonist of one of the most famous love stories of 19th-century Italy. The itinerary unfolds through the elegant bourgeois salons of Borgo Castello (La Mandria Castle) and parts of the surrounding park, where guests will discover curiosities, anecdotes, and the more human side of the Savoy monarchy.

The day continues with lunch at a traditional Piedmontese restaurant, featuring a regional menu including a starter, a first or second course, water, and coffee.

In the afternoon, a guided visit to the magnificent Castello di Rivoli, a former Savoy residence overlooking the plains of Turin. The tour explores its fascinating historic rooms and the figure of Bianca of Savoy, a woman of great charm and a key figure in the history of the House of Savoy, marked by political alliances, strategic marriages, and court life.

Between historic halls, panoramic views, and stories of intrigue, passion, and power, this itinerary offers an emotional journey dedicated to the great female protagonists of Savoy history.
